The time required for achieving desired and measurable results does not exceed one or two 20 - minute sessions per week. The exercise method and its relation to the scientific laws will be thoroughly discussed with each potential client. We value and seek each client’s active, knowledgeable participation in our exercise program. We provide a clinical setting and an ideal exercise environment with emphasis on privacy and safety. Only you and your instructor will be present on the exercise floor during the session. Our advanced MedX™, Superslow Systems™ and Nautilus™ strength training equipment has been designed or retrofitted to allow variable and balanced muscular loading through the full range of motion in accordance with muscle and joint function.Muscle condition plays a crucial role in our state of health. It largely determines our posture, our figure and what our body can do. However, muscles can do much more. They protect the joints and spine, stimulate metabolic activity and promote bone formation. Strength equates to quality of life. Increasingly the medical community recommends engaging in physical activity to promote health. While sports and recreation activities can certainly be pleasurable and provide fitness benefits, they can also damage the body, and in any case are not efficient means to achieve physical health. People tend to attribute their general health to their active lifestyle, but the correct line of thinking is that they are able to enjoy their active lifestyle because of their general health, which will deteriorate with age unless one takes steps to the contrary. A safe, productive, comprehensive and efficient method of muscular strengthening based on human physiology and bio-mechanical science should be used to maintain ultimate functional ability, which, in turn, enables us to fully enjoy sports and recreation. A large percentage of our clients are active, healthy individuals who employ therapeutic exercise to maintain optimal functional ability and health as the years pass.
