    I experience the same thing as the the first reviewer and was shocked that I received a call. I told my friends and co workers and they agree with me.||[] ||[]WHEN DID A TIP BECOME MANDATORY? ||[]||[]THEY ARE VOLUNTARY AND IT SEEM MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE PAYING USING BANK CARDS. This place should have something set up... other places do. ||[]||[]As for the second reviewer. You must be the owner or a worker there. It seem to be that you care more about the reviewer spelling then the complaint which is bad business on your part. You should never tell a customer to tip or call them if they don't. For all you know she or he could have had 8 cent to there name and that would have been an insult to your driver. ||[]||[]So remember if someone places an order using a card ASK them if they would like too add a tip too that ( the charge) or charge a delivery charge. Most places do.

      I have heard fabulous comments about the Pizza and service at Tito's. Though, the consumer below appears to have much more experience with their so-called "lack" of service. However, since this consumer says they work with the "public," I hope their speech is better than their spelling. It's not "are," but "our" and I know it wasn't a typo, because it was misspelled several times throughout the review. As well as the word "too," instead of just plain ole' "to." Also, all deliveries shall receive a tip. No matter how "big" or "small." This is their current livelihood and tips make a difference. Do you go to a sit-down restaurant and not tip, because you ONLY placed a SMALL order and not a LARGE one? I doubt it! I spend lots of money also on delivery services and always have tipped... very well, if I might add. One gets more with honey then they do with vinegar.

        Let me start off saying that we live right around the corner from this pizza place and with are shedules being so busy we often order there at least twice a week and when we have family over for the weekends are order have been well over $60.00. ||[]||[]Not too mention that they over charged our card by 450.00 bucks and we had too wait the 3 days for the funds to be placed back into are account. ||[]||[]My concern is that my son placed an order for a pizza. The owner told him to tip the driver. I do tip when we have big orders (paying with cash) but not small and if I am paying with a card. Which mean no cash on hand. ||[]||[]Well we received the pizza and we didn't tip. Well the Owner gave us a call because we didn't tip. She was rude. If she is concern with her workers making money then maybe she should increase there hourly wages. Like I said I will tip when I place big orders but not for a pizza when I live right around the corner. ||[]||[]She would rather not have are business. I work with the public. I would never suggest to my customer to tip or not to come back, but that what she did. ||[]||[] Looking at my bank statement I have spent well over 120.00 there just in the last 3 weeks. ||[]||[]With times being hard for most it seems that she would be great full for our business and stop deliveries if her drivers aren't getting tips or have a minimum order of 20.00/ add a tip to the charge for her drivers. ||[]||[]We have alot of family and friends that order from there. Well they won't No More. ||[]||[]Go where your business is appreciated.
